In this story, author not mentioned, it states: "Elever på fjerde trinn i den russiske føderasjon skårer høyest av deltakerlandene, deretter følger Hong Kong på andre plass og staten Alberta i Canada som nummer tre." Alberta is a province in Canada, not a state. Canada does not have states and has been using the French system of provinces for 344 years since 1663. This story may have come from NTB, as they also printed a similar story mentioning Alberta as a "state" in Canada. The Norwegian word for province is "provins."
